BRADFORD, Mass. — On Saturday, January 21, the Sacred Hearts Parish Community hosted and sponsored a spaghetti dinner to raise funds for the Armenian Apostolic Church at Hye Pointe. The event took place during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity (January 18-25).
It was a wonderful evening at which both churches came together in fellowship, joy and love. Sacred Hearts Parish declared that “it is so grateful that it has the opportunity to come to know and support the Armenian brothers and sisters in Christ in a very real and tangible way. May God bless us all so that we can continue to be Christ’s light in this world.”
The dinner, in the Sacred Hearts School auditorium, was attended by parishioners of both churches, and others, including Haverhill Mayor James Fiorentini.
